Living & Eating

The open, spacious ecologically wind-cooled living room has a dining table with modern high-chairs, a comfortable lounge sofa, a large TV unit (with Apple TV receiver) and a small home office with high-speed internet access. The kitchen is placed next to the dining table. 

Terrace & Lounge

The large veranda has pleasant shade all day and is cooled by the constant carribean trade winds. It has a large dining table for you and your guests and invites you to relax in the comfortable seating area. Here you can watch the breathtaking sunsets while enjoying cool drinks. 

Pool & Sun Deck

The lower floor is connected by the staircase running centrally under the villa. There unfolds a beautiful panoramic view over the sundeck, the large, 1.80m deep infinity pool and the spacious garden to the blue sea. 

Kitchen & Grill Zone

The well-equipped, ergonomic kitchen with modern electrical appliances opens to the dining table with its bar chairs. For a BBQ, you are welcome to use our large Weber gas grill. The utility room has a washer and dryer. 

Master-Bedroom 

The large, air-conditioned master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor.  The bedroom has a new kingsize box spring bed (1,80 x 2,00 m), air conditioning and high speed internet access.

Bathroom en-suite

The luxurious ensuite bathroom with two single sinks convinces with its gray-brown polished granite surfaces. Under the Raindance shower you have a view of the Caribbean Sea.

Second Bedroom 

The basement offers a guest apartment consisting of two rooms of the same size, one of them is a bedroom with bathroom ensuite. Air conditioning, large box-spring bed and Internet connection are included.

Studio

The second room is living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. The rooms are spacious and have fantastic ventilation through the folding windows. This room also has air conditioning.

Home-Office 

Next to the living room and in front of the main bedroom is a small home office with sea view and access to the veranda. There and throughout the house there is high-speed Internet access via a Wi-Fi network.

Garden 

The villa has a garden below the pool area that reaches into the cliff. The millennium-old rock layers of lava and corals are clearly exposed and nicely planted with local vegetation. 

BBQ-Zone 

We are happy to provide you with our Weber gas grill for your BBQ. Close to the kitchen, covered and with sea view, it has an ideal location for enjoyable barbecues. 

Dive-Gear

To take care of your diving equipment and to clean and dry your equipment, we have prepared a water connection and corresponding drying options in front of the utility room.

Discover nature

Discover the rough north side of the island. There are sensational photo motifs in SheteBoca National Park. The Christoffel National Park also invites you to hikes and excursions.

Jogging & Walking

CoralEstate's jogging round has 3.8 and 4.2 km. Or take a steep shortcut of 95 steps. 

Hikes to the Jan Kok Lake area begin in the west of the resort. Don't forget sun protection and your water supply! 

Kite Surfing

The shallow waters of St.Joris Bay are the best place for your kitesurfing lessons in Curacao. Within 3 to 5 days you can drive your first meters on the board. Experienced kitesurfers also love the nearby JanKok Flamingo Bay.

Fauna

There is a great biodiversity on Curacao, but no poisonous animals.

Occasionally, gekkos or salamanders appear, rather rarely Iguanas. Mosquitoes are active at dusk (spray recommended).

Little-Curacao 

The uninhabited island is located eleven kilometers southeast of Curacao. It is known by sun- and water sports-enthusiasts for dream beaches and coral reefs and is connected daily by excursion and diving boats.
